British Institue of Innkeeping Accreditation BoardLicensed Retail Practical TrainerThe Licensed Retail Practical Trainer Certificate is one of nine advanced qualifications developed by BIIAB to give licensees the knowledge and skills to identify training needs, and design and deliver training solutions within their pub. This will help to retain staff and reduce recruitment costs. The qualification equips licensees with the skills required to evaluate the success of their training in commercial terms. How is it assessed?By examination and coursework. Candidates sit a one-hour short answer examination and must complete an effective training plan for their business.
